Chemthane 2240 Polyurethane Corrosion Control Coating
Chemthane 2240 is a 1:1, fast‐set, spray applied two‐component polyurethane coating. It is 100% solids and contains zero VOCs. It is a applied directly to prepared steel without the use of a primer. Once applied, Chemthane 2240, imparts excellent chemical resistance, corrosion control, and protection from handling damage due to its optimized balance of flexibility, impact strength and abrasion resistance.■ Features
1. Underwriters Laboratories(UL) UL 1746 Part I & IV Approved.
2. Formulated with a high crosslink density to provide excellent corrosion resistance.
3. Due to its excellent leveling characteristics, yields an aesthetic finish.
4. 100% solids coating and is formulated with zero.
