UREA-1000 Polyurea Spray Coating
Our product is a fast-curing, polyurethane (polyurea series) MDI modified abrasion resistance flooring material; it begins by reacting an amine polyol with polyurea. It cures to form a flexible, elastic, abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and dust resistance properties. It is waterproofing spray flooring coating which is suitable for most indoor floor, and also can be used as protective coatings.■ Features

5. Fast curing in 20 seconds；The surface can be walked, and will demonstrate the

1. Indoor or outdoor floors, waterproof parking lots.
2. Indoor or outdoor aisles, square, stadiums waterproof floors, etc.
3. Application of factories, Electronics manufacturer, food production,
pharmaceutical production floors, etc.
4. Application of department stores, supermarkets floors.
5. Application of office, equipment room, classroom, hospital, sanatorium floors, etc.
6. Other indoor metal pipeline protective coatings.

40 ㎏ two drum / per set.
Component A:20 ㎏.
Component B:20 ㎏.
■ Storage
The shelf time is 12 months. Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose directly to
sunlight.
■ Limitation
1. Do not apply to damp substrate.
2. The surface should be clean and free from oil and grease.
3. Do not apply when temperature is below 5 ℃, rain is imminent or when RH is above
90 %.

■ Application
1. The surface should be dry, sound. All cracks should be patched.
2. The surface should be primed with PU or EPOXY primer.
3. MDI-based polyurethane indoor flooring material/ UREA-1000 should use the spray
application. Mixing ratio is 1:1.
4. Stir UREA-1000 Component A thoroughly before using to avoid settling.
5. MDI-based polyurethane flooring material / UREA-1000 is 40 ㎏ per set. 30 ㎡ per
1 mm thickness. 1.3 ㎏/㎡ 2 mm thickness. 2.6 ㎏/㎡ can be applied 15 ㎡.
The best coverage rate is 1.3~2.6 ㎏/㎡.
6. Application thickness should not exceed 3 mm.
7. If additional coats are required, the recoat intervals do not exceed 24 hrs.
8. Protective clothing and eyewear should be used during application of these
products.
9. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.
