TC-101 One Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating
TC-101 is a non-yellowing, high elasticity and chain structure polyurethane waterproofing coating. This product has waterproofing, wear and weather resistance characteristics. TC-101 is a long-lasting waterproof, aesthetic high quality coating material. This product is suitable for all types of external wall where waterproofing and non-sagging are required. It can be applied by rollers, brushes or airless spray equipments.■ Features

1. Waterproofing coating for indoor and outdoor walls.

4. Waterproofing and heat-proofing coating for parapet walls.
5. Waterproofing coating for weather and dirt resistance of external wall.
6. Aging resistance to concrete.

■ Limitation
1. Do not apply to wet, contaminated or friable substrates.
Applying to primer for interface, if necessary.
2. The temperature below 15℃ will retard the curing.
3. Thickness cannot be exceeded 1mm per coat in case to prevent the blister on the
surface.
4. The coverage will depend on the condition of the surface.
5. The storage temperature at 25℃. Shelf life is one year.
6. Set and mind the protective work before sparying to avoid polluting vehicles,
building, etc.
