■ Usages

                  Courts:Tennis court, badminton court, basketball court, volleyball court and handball court.

                  Others:Running track, aisles and parking lots etc.

■ Surface preparation:

( a ) Prior apply the Acrylic court coating material to the surface, the surface should be flooded with water to make sure the surface is leveled and marked any uneven area.
( b ) After the marked area is completely dry, apply the primer and patch binder until leveled. Apply the primer and patch binder until leveled after the marked area is completely dry.
( c ) All cracks should be patched the same as procedure (2).
■ Priming:
( a ) Asphalt base: depends on the condition of the substrate.
( b ) Concrete base: apply with AC Primer.
( c ) Allowed to cure for 2 hours before next application.
■ Court patch binder:
( a ) Construction time:
 
1. When the surface is uneven and the difference of the depth is too much.
2. When the thickness is required, AC-2 can be applied to the surface for the thickness of 1-2mm per coat.
3. The fully cured time for 2mm thickness is 12 hours at the degree of 25℃.
( b ) Instruction:
 
1. Resins, sands and water should be proportionally mixed thoroughly.
2. Apply this material by trowel or spatula; if the second coat are required, the material must have to applied in a perpendicular direction to the surface.
■ Acrylic color resurfacer:
  The color resurfacer is available in green and red color.
( 1 ) All lines must be masked prior to painting. Generally apply green color to the inside court and red color to the outside court.
( 2 ) Dilute with water and stir thoroughly.
( 3 ) Apply this material by spatula or trowel and allowed to dry for 3 hours.
■ Color finish:
( a ) The residues must be cleaned up prior to next application.
( b ) Dilute with 20% water and stir it thoroughly prior to application. Apply by squeegee or roller.
( c ) Allowed to dry for 60 minutes to apply the second coat.
■ Line marking:
( a ) All lines should be accurately located and marked in accordance with the courts standard. All lines should be taped.
( b ) All lines should be painted with weather resistance line marking paint.
( c ) Remove masking tape within 1 hour.
( d ) Allowed to cure for 24 hours
■ Asphalt base:
( a ) Thickness of new asphalt or concrete substrates should be 5~7 cm.
( b ) The new asphalt should be well compacted and smooth on. Ensure the slope of drainage.
( c ) Must be cured for at least 10 days before application of acrylic court coating material.
( d ) Any defects on the old asphalt base should be patched with court patch binder. Allow to fully cure before next application.
■ Concrete base:
( a ) The new concrete should be compacted and smooth on.
( b ) New concrete surface should be reinforced and roughened.
( c ) New concrete should be fully cured for a minimum of 20 days.
( d ) Surface should be roughened before application.
( e ) Due to the concrete base has uncertain alkali, do not apply with Acrylic island green system over it.
